"the rooms were absolutely disgusting, stains on sheets and walls, broken chairs, broken sink. we also felt very unsafe and had the man in the room next to use make leud comments and actions towards us. staff was made aware and walked us to the room which was great but still just not a good experience at all "

"Absolutely horrific experience — do not stay here. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed, and calling it “luxurious” is a complete lie. The apartment was filthy upon arrival: debris on the floors, sticky kitchen surfaces, dirty cookware, food smeared on the fridge, pink scum in the tub, a moldy shower curtain, and what appeared to be a dried fecal or bloody handprint on the wall. There were no basic necessities: no forks, dish soap, hand soap, or clean linens. The three towels provided were stained and covered in hair and the A/C barely worked. Blinds were broken, and the overall condition was unacceptable.Management admitted the unit hadn’t been cleaned and told me to stay in a hotel for the first night while they resolved it — but when I returned, nothing had changed. I had to buy my own towels and sheets just to make the space livable. Their customer service was unprofessional and dismissive, even admitting to receiving “quite a few” bad reviews. I requested a refund to just go stay in a hotel, however they refused. Avoid this listing at all costs — it’s unsafe, unclean, and a complete scam. "
