“The room was clean and tidy. We needed batteries for the TV remote (handled by matenaince) and the TV was blue (a new room was offered, but was not needed).
We could have used larger beds (they were full-sized) and the newer mattresses slid on the new bases. We could have used another chair or two (there were 4 of us) and dresser to put things into or on.
The stay was more than good enough for the price.”

“There was NO staff. Had an issue with the electronic lock to my room. Called a number and got instant solution. That's why I rated the staff excellent. Spectacular room and amenities. 8 miles from the southern end of Skyline Drive in Shenandoah. Very convenient.”

“This property had no vacancies. Expedia booked me one night with its system showing availability with multiple rooms available despite the owner of the hotel advising Expedia that their rooms were not available and had been sold out. Now it will take 7-10 business days to refund my money that was debited from my account the minute I approved the transaction.”

“I reserved three rooms for two nights for an event nearby. The lobby was unusable as a truck had crashed into the lobby area. Room 101 was a temporary front desk. Not their fault but inconvenient. No continental breakfast.
My room was ok. Had reserved a room with two beds. Got one. There was no soap on the bathroom counter. Only moisturizer and body wash and shampoo in the shower.
My friend got two beds as promised but his room door handle fell out every time you used it. His hair……
