Totally misrepresented the availability of a shuttle bus to the airport other than at very limited times forcing the guests to use an expensive alternative for most flights. Avoid this sham.

I would have rated this hotel as an overall 5 stars except for the bathroom shower. The shower water pressure was low and the water temperature was only warm at the highest hot setting. Otherwise the stay at this hotel was excellent.

Room was clean with a microwave and small fridge. Good WiFi, desk and separate room. Bathroom was clean but old. Ice machine didn’t work. This was good in a pinch but I doubt I would stay again.

I'd give breakfast a negative star: waffle batter was spoiled, coffee was cold and pot was near empty. Only frozen egg sandwiches and danon yogurt cups. Room was dingy and old-looking, although clean; property could use a refresh. Night staff was a little surly.

I was super impressed. Check-in was super easy and the staff were friendly. Our room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The only thing I would improve is that the hot water in the shower didn’t get very hot, but other than that it was great.

I would have given five stars if they had had a functioning TV. You get one TV and two remotes, and nothing works together. The maintenance guy/van driver came up to look at it and said “only touch this button on this remote and only touch that button on that remote”. Then, the next morning, it was back to not working. How do you figure that out on your own? Frustrating. Otherwise, front desk and the breakfast ladies were all super sweet.

We were only staying here because we missed a connection due to weather delays and had to catch a flight early the next morning. Booked it after verifying they had an airport shuttle. Unfortunately found out that the shuttle doesn’t start running until 8 am which was way too late to catch our early morning flight. Tried to schedule Uber but they had it listed out of range so I couldn’t schedule in advance. When we checked in the common areas were dirty and rundown. In the hallway near our room there was loud machinery noise coming from something. Tried to watch tv and it did not work. Asked the front desk for a different room and the said they’d send someone to fix it. Nobody came. Had to go to the front desk to request a room change before they sent someone. Overall not a good stay.

Awesome experience, ez check in, clean rooms and a grab and go breakfast. For all of you electric vehicle drivers they have one port @ the front for you all (just inquire within) as there is no post for indication. Not semi friendly however it is for box truck drivers.

The hotel is in serious need of updating. Lobby is the nicest part of it. Room is just adequate. Found someone else’s hair on the shower wall. Disturbing smell in the hallway and room. Breakfast fruit was over ripe bananas and apples. Muffins were very small and pre packaged. Hard boiled eggs were rubbery and dry. Grossed me out. There was yogurt in the fridge. Standard juice machine and waffle maker. Coffee was horrendous. Burnt and bitter! Hotel states a hot breakfast and previous reviews mentioned eggs and gave you the impression a nicer set up. Instead it was more of a motel set up with subpar choices
