「I was disappointed with my stay. While the room itself was clean, the carpet, towels, and bed linens were extremely old and clearly need to be replaced. Several basic amenities did not work. Neither the TV nor the Wi-Fi was functioning, the air conditioner was very old and excessively noisy, and there was no hot water during my stay. The bathroom was also in poor condition. 「Hotel was clean and staff were super kind and helpful. However, the maintenance was the issue with this hotel. When we got there the pull out couch still had dirty linens. The shower had empty bottles of shampoo. The worst part was the toilet wouldnt work. It was just fill with water and not flush. Im shocked that whoever cleaned the room after the last guest could miss all these things.」
