「Big room, comfortable bed. Friendly front desk personnel. Our room was not cleaned or turned down the next day. There was not a do not disturb sign on our door. The staff lied and said there was a do not disturb sign. This was a lie. I went to the gym at 5:am and came back at 7:30 am my wife was still in the room sleeping. No do not disturb sign on the door. So we were unhappy when we came back that evening and our room was not cleaned and no fresh towels or shampoo.」
