「Great place. Kayak's available to use, beautiful dock across the street right on the flats. We did see a couple of turtles, a shark, and a sting ray right off the dock. Fina offered to let us use just about anything we needed. Check in and out was very easy. 」

「Jack, the host, is very welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay near Georgetown. Very nice to have kayaks and beach stuff to enjoy the beautiful beaches on this island. 4 adults and 2 teens stayed comfortably. They provide a robe so you can enjoy the outdoor shower. Grocery is about 15 min away but I do recommend having Kay get groceries before you arrive. Helps to have some food before you go into town. 「This house is the perfect place to take in all that Exuma has to offer!! Stunning panoramic views from the porch perfect to watch the sunrise. Beautiful house on a big piece of property so no worries about privacy or neighbors being to close. 20 minutes from Georgetown so easy to get provisions. We rented a boat for the week and the dock was perfect for keeping it tied up.」

「I regret choosing this property, after being there for a couple hours we noticed there were couple of ants in the bathroom. No big deal. Then after a little longer we noticed them everywhere, in the bedroom, (a couple on the bed). The problem was really in the kitchen area really bad. 「I have just returned from Jack’s Island House with 10 college friends celebrating our 60th birthdays. The house was perfect for us! 「Our stay at Seas the Day was wonderful! The house was great, we had plently of room for our family and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outside amenities.
