"We had a terrible experience upon arrival. There was an issue with transportation from the airport which was not provided as stated in the hotel description. The staff at the desk was rude and threatened to cancel our 3 day stay (paid for) because we had a “bad attitude”. She appeared to have no training in hospitality which is a requirement in guest relations. This is unfortunate as the rest of the stay was very pleasant."

"The woman at the front desk was nice. As for the room, well, it was clean except for the bathroom. At first look, it appeared clean, but the toilet had something dripped down the side. The shower pan was dirty, and about the bottom 2 feet of the doorway were a rust color from moisture. The filter in the a/c needed to be changed, and i left with a sore throat. The area had a lot of homeless people camping across the street and sirens most of the night on the street right below our window. "

"Breakfast cafe was quaint with a nice variety and very ressonably priced. It was open from 0630am until early evening so very convenient. Needs more seating! Room was large, in a beaitiful setting and very clean. 2 queens with lots os space and beds were super comfortable. Bathtub a little steep and not easy to step in and out of for two over 70 ladies. Staff? As friendly and sweet as they could all be. Wasn't there long enough to use the spa."

"The hotel was very nice. The breakfast buffet was very worth it and parking was easy. The location was perfect and right next to the Golden 1 arena. We walked to the venue and felt very safe. "
