“Great secure parking. Staff were friendly abd room was spotless. Good selection of tea / coffee / biscuits. Window a little worse for wear! But had a good nights sleep. Brekafast was good but the granola was all stuck together in one lump in the container and some products slow to be replenished. All in all Good value for the money it must be said.”

“Couldn't fault this hotel at all. From the beautiful grounds, the grandeur of the building, the impeccable customer service, the delicious food, the spacious, elegant room, the clean, luxurious spa. The drinks were a tad on the pricey side, but the mid week room price including spa access was excellent value for money. Would come here again in heartbeat. ”

“Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,……

“Almost a new feel and look to the Hotel. The room was quite spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious, with premium shower gels, shampoo and soft towels. Would Recommend”

“Enjoyable third one night stay over recent years near to Christmas as a stopover to visit relatives in Oakham. Christmas trees and lights decorations looking good. Good view of Rutland Water and easy access to it through the gardens”
