"We had a wonderful stay and found the room spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The views over the beautiful gardens were lovely, the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the large bath was a real highlight. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The car parking spaces were a little narrow, and while the furnishings were of good quality, some of the laminate finishes looked slightly less premium than expected for an expensive hotel room. We would also have appreciated USB charging ports or power outlets beside the bed for easier phone charging. Overall, these were very minor issues. The room was comfortable, relaxing, and beautifully presented, and we would happily stay here again."

"Shower was not cleaned on check-in. Good parking facilities. Location is great to shops, sightseeing places and eateris.Room is big & tidy with good amenities. Would be helpful to have 24/7 reception and breakfast facilities available on site. Overall still a pleasant stay"

"It was a wonderful stay. Our 2 cavoodles settled in very quickly - there was a separate area for them to run around outside. The humans settled in nicely as well, plenty of room, brilliant shower. Heating comprised of air-conditioning and a combustion heater which was amazing. The area is beautiful and on our walks horses came up to say hello and we saw kangaroos jumping around. It was only 10 minutes from Mt Gambier. Thoroughly recommend."
