Had a lovely stay here. Room was sufficient, bathroom was clean. Bed was comfy. It's in a great location. 15 mins from train station. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was a cold buffet, cereals, toast, yogurt, pasties anc coffees, teas, orange juice. Great, would stay here again.

Lovely B&B for an overnight. Stayed in room 7 bed very comfortable, lovely clean bathroom modern and spotless, tea making facilities good only down side was the roller blind was not blackout and there were no curtains so it was very light very early. Kitchen next door had plenty of crockery, glasses and pots should you wish to make yourself a meal. Breakfast selection good although no brown bread only white. Good selection of teas and coffees and plenty of yoghurt etc in the fridge for you to help yourself too. All in all a fantastic night and worth every penny. Thanks Anna x

Nice rooms, didn't realise it was a shared bathroom but it wasn't an issue. The breakfast offers a great variety of things to choose from.

Great stay nice and comfortable.

Great room at the top of the building, the shower was really good. Breakfast was continental and a brilliant start to the day. Room was cleaned every day and wifi was great. If you have trouble with stairs ask for room 7 on the ground floor.

Great Value for Money

Great stay in a location close to the Market Square. Room was clean and well presented. Nice touch to have a photo of Dunnottar Castle covering one wall, reminded me of my childhood and walking around the top of the cliffs to get there.
