We were a group of 10 and only stayed for one night, but honestly, the resort exceeded my expectations. We absolutely loved our stay! Check-in was so smooth, and whoever was working the night shift around 9:30 PM on Friday was the sweetest. She explained everything so patiently and made me feel right at home after a long day. The resort is huge, and our 3-bedroom accommodation was spacious, with a full kitchen, balcony, and gorgeous mountain views. Since we were only there for one night, we unfortunately didn’t get much time to explore everything the resort had to offer. But we’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time. Highly recommend!

Expedia messed up the description. The description says the room selection are 1 bedroom,2 bedroom or 3 bedroom. but when I checked in - it was a studio. I have to show the Hotel front desk of the description error by Expedia. Luckily , they are very understand and helped us to upgrade to 1 bedroom without charging us extra. I think it is purely Expedia's fail. and causes the problem. wasted our time to move around.. They should refund the money back to us

The rooms were old which is fine, but did not have the basic necessity of coffee essentials when we reached room at 7 PM. When I asked front gies service desk they said they cant send anyone and to come and collect coffee at 7 PM . When I went to collect essentials like coffee powder and creamer they said they dont have it. So disconnected and rude. Just because of the proximity to smugglers notch they are full and are not hospitable at all. Would go to a different resort if I go back to smugglers notch.

Loved the place and location. also very spacious and could have accommodated family if we traveled with them. The one knock is that while it is listed as a resort / hotel, it was kind of like a rental and had we known earlier, could have planned to carry/buy consumables like coffee beans, sugar, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer,…
