「Only far away from city. Please note Cape town has big problem with trafic jam. Quiet and near the beach. Good if you have a car」

「Basic accommodations, didnt look like the photos. Less of a hotel bit like staying in someone house. Mold around shower and ok room for a quick overnight stay. 20 min walk to restaurants though. Bed comfy. 」

「Was very dodgy. Do not recommend for travelers as we felt very unsafe. Half of the place was apparently burned down...」

「My family and I stay for Christmas break and by far was one of the best stays we ever had. The penthouse is huge, clean, and very accommodating. Check in and out was smooth. I have zero complaints and I highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in Cape Town!」

「Everything about this hotel is to be recommended. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable. We had an excellent sleep after a long flight. The shuttle bus from the airport was easy to find and runs until the last KLM flight arrives. The hotel also runs a shuttle every 30 mins to the V&A Waterfront, costing 150ZAR. All the saff were very friendly and helpful. There was a wide choice of hot and cold food for breakfast.」

「Comfortable bed, spacious room and very friendly & competent staff. The location, on a walking distance to the city center of Stellenbosch, is also perfect. Only negative: the pool is a bit smaller than on the pictures, you can't swim a lap in there. Also had some problems with the AC.」

「Beautiful, relaxing, small winery. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We booked last minute and didn’t notice the stay included a complementary wine tasting, which we missed because we checked in late. Claudine made sure to let us know and arrange the wine tasting the next day for us in their cozy and beautiful cellar. It was a delight to try the wines and hear about them from Claudine. We would definitely recommend Lovane for anyone looking for a peaceful and friendly place. 」

「Beat all of our expectations, and they were pretty high from reading the reviews! Accommodation is brilliant and has all amenities we could wish for. Great breakfast and we tried the lunch here last day, also superb. But the by far best thing was the staff. We were made to feel super-welcome and got great recommendations for dinners, winetasting and trekking. I've had the pleasure of travelling to some amazing places, oftwn combining work with some holiday - from South america, all over Asia,...

「Pool was enjoyable. Rooms modern and very clean, comfortable bed and spacious. Staff very friendly and hospitable. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Somerset West. Location also convenient and close enough to the highways to Stellenbosh and to the N2 to Cape Town or George. 」
