- We have many 5 star reviews on other sites but the house is quite new on here. You may also see a very similar looking house on this site, which we also own and that has lots of great reviews. We are a 15 minute flat walk (or 2 minute drive) from the historic centre of Stratford Upon Avon, with off street parking for up to 4 family sized cars, with additional free on street parking available, our three storey town house is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and has recently been re-furbished throughout.
The house is located right on Stratford Race Course, with an unobstructed view and no road in between. The view is fantastic.
Everything you need is at hand, from a cooker to hairdryers, comfy sofas to the best view in Stratford Upon Avon, with 75+ acres of beautiful greenery right in front of the house. Yours to enjoy. The house is situated in a quiet road with no through traffic.
You will have total privacy at all times, with exclusive use of the property. It really is a lovely quiet area.
This a self catering property. Sheets and towels are provided but we do not provide meals. There are basic supplies such as tea/coffee/sugar etc. but you will need to bring and prepare your own food.
If you need a Cot or High Chair please let us know at the time that you book the property as these are provided on request only.
We have another almost identical house located on the same road and with the same view. Look out for this on VRBO.

Lovely House
Had a lovely weekend stay with friends. Accommodation has everything you need. Very comfortable and extremely clean. Great view of the race course. Approx 20 min walk into the centre of Stratford. Highly recommended.

5 star experience. Mike was very helpful and accommodating. Good location overlooking the race course in a quiet street. Had every thing we needed. With very comfy beds and a comprehensive welcome pack.

Very enjoyable stay
The property is very clean and in a great location for the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. It is in a lovely quiet road and has beautiful views of the race course. All the amenities were good including heating which was needed in a cold winter. Three people could use Wi-Fi for work very satisfactorily. Mike the host was a good communicator and we would definitely recommend for a safe, quiet, convenient, comfortable stay.

Feedback
The accommodation was home aware from home with a serene environment, quiet and clean. Hospitality was displaced at its best with a clear instruction on how to use the property and navigate around the city.
We were opportune to meet with one of the staff due to late arrival of the drive, she was warm and friendly with a beautiful smile on her face and approach us with high level of professionality. She was very patient with us while we waited for the driver's arrival.
