「Overall was a great trip. Loved the outdoor shower and privacy. Yard was nice for our Shepard. The porch is really cute, nice sitting area. House was equipped with everything needed. Always had a parking spot out front. Was literally a 1 min drive to the boards at 12th, or a 15 min walk. Bay is 2 blocks up. Few things to note: 1. No central air but there are units in every room, they are on the louder side but keep the house really cold. 2. There are only bunk beds but one has a full size...

「My family had a wonderful 5th annual OCNJ beach vacation here! The property had enough space for our 6 adulrs and 5 children and although not as close to the beach and boardwalk as we normally stay, the included VIP parking pass made that a non issue. There was a parking concern upon arrival that was responded to immediately and resolved timely. Jody is an extremely responsive host who made sure we were taken care of. Recommend!」

「Stay was great, weather turned out better than forecast. There are a lot of steps which was fine for my family, we anted to be the top floor, but would consider renting the first floor next year for my parents and ease of loading and unloading. Overall great house and location. The twin bunk room had some of the best mattresses in any rental I’ve used.」

There was everything we needed- chairs for everyone, plenty of fridge space & Julie was so kind and quickly responsive. 「We had such a wonderful week at this beach house. The house was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. It had all the amenities we needed and was in a great location. 「the location was nice in that you can see the water, the house is in need of updates. there was a stale smoke smell, paint cans in one of the bathrooms that were dangerous if a child got into them. the bedrooms were comfortable and served the group.
