「We had a terrible experience with this rental. Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. It was an extremely stressful situation.
Vacasa was slow, unhelpful, and disorganized, offering little support when it mattered most.
And if you don't mind a shower with lukewarm water and no water pressure. Also half the lightbulbs not working. Room had used...

My boys and I enjoyed a fantastic day of fall mountain biking, and this studio space was perfect for a quick overnight stay.We've been up to Stratton many times, none of our previous stays matched this one—great location, minutes from the village and base lodge. 「I loved staying here and can’t wait to do so again. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Loved the automated check in with clear directions. The entire place was decked out with awesome ambience and decor. I just wish the hot tub was working. It’s so close to Mount Snow too!」
