"The apartment is better than the description. The building is beautiful and the owner lives and works there so you can always ask for help. A washing machine is a help. There is a tram stop (#5) in front of the home and from there I can go anywhere on connecting buses and trams. It is very quiet outside and easy to sleep. I stay in a lot of rental properties and this was an excellent choice and a great value for what I received."

"First, I must say Jev was a good host. He was patient with our late arrival time (for which he asked for a tip of EU20). He did a good job of explaining things in the apartment. The apartment itself seemed old and musty. The kitchen is small and has a hodge-podge of furnishings. We were disappointed when Jev told us there was no dishwasher soap as we had planned to make breakfasts and snacks."
