Schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Perfekt für Urlaub mit unseren 2 Kindern.Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die uns über das zu erwartende hinaus auch Tipps für die Umgebung gaben, die wir nicht auf dem Schirm hatten.

Tolle Ferienwohnung am Hang

Sehr nette Gastgeberin Beatrice die uns mit vielen Informationen gleich am Anfang versorgt hat. Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock und sehr schön. Kochen und Waschen klappten gut. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, Abstriche beim Fernseher, aber darauf kann man in Stresa verzichten.... Tolle Lage. Der Weg zum Supermarkt ist etwas weiter, es gibt dort aber gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Tipp: Granodura Pizzaria, vorher reservieren. Vorsicht beim Parken ausserhalb des Objekts, kann zu einem Ticket führen (60€). Meist ist einer der 5 Parkplätze aber frei. Kommunikation mit Beatrice war super in Englisch möglich, sie war immer mobil erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We werden opgehaald bij het station. Kregen een persoonlijk welkom en veel tips. Een heel appartement voor onszelf met alles erop en eraan.

Bessere Beschreibung gewünscht

Wohnung sehr schön. Angaben waren verwirrend. 2 Stock/EG mit Aufzug. Zum Aufzug warten Treppen und vom Aufzug zur Wohnung ebenfalls, was für mich beschwerlich war. Duschen in der Wanne ist OK, allerdings sollte die Brause auch richtig sein, müssten sie immer in der Hand halten. Wasser lief beim Duschen sehr spärlich. Wohnung soweit sehr ordentlich, doch nur oberflächlich sauber, besonders Geschirr. Ansonsten sehr schön gelegen, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist.

Big holiday flat with a green view

We liked the flat because it has a large expanse. So it was big enough for us four and it was cool during the very hot summer time. This was very important for us. It has a roofed balcony which was pleasant for having a meal although the chairs were not very comfortable. The gas stove needs getting used to. You need it for example to boil water because there is no kettle available. So it is better to bring your own. In addition there is no dish washer machine in the kitchen. For large people like me (190cm) the beds are too short (only 190cm instead of usual 200cm) but I think you must expect this in all Mediterranean countries. The WiFi is fine. You need it for watching news or films of you home country because the TV only has Italian channels. But the flat has a Video store and we had the opportunity to watch famous movies. Nice! The warm water supply is not ideal. When you take a shower, the water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold. During our heat wave we had in Italy, it was o.k. to have cold or lukewarm water occasionally. In summary the flat is not outstanding but pleasant to live for a holiday.

Great location, beautifully decorated space

We really enjoyed our time here, especially the covered outdoor eating area that could be used rain or shine. The space was well equipped with everything you need for comfort and convenience. Would definitely return.

Schönes Appartement für einen Besuch von Stresa

Das Appartement ist etwas abseits des Trubels, aber auch für Kinder ist der Weg zum Stadtzentrum und zurück kein Problem. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Tolle Unterkunft für Familien

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem wunderbaren Appartment. Eine Unterkunft in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, das Zentrum von Stresa ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Klasse Wohnung, tolle Vermieterin

Die Wohnung ist superschön, gut geschnitten und es gibt alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig und man braucht nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum See. Beatrice ist wirklich sehr nett und hat gute Tipps für Unternehmungen. Sie ist immer erreichbar und antwortet auch sofort. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Appartement très confortable et très bien équipé

Bel appartement, décoré dans un style moderne, disposant de tout l'équipement nécessaire, situé dans un quartier résidentiel arboré. Son plus : la terrasse couverte où nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas. Son seul bémol : sa situation par rapport au centre de Stresa avec la longue côte à gravir le soir pour rentrer à l'appartement après une longue journée de balade à pied. A part cela, tout était parfait.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé 4 jours très agréables à Stresa dans l'appartement dans Beatrice et Piero. L'appartement est vraiment très bien équipé pour notre plus grand confort. La décoration est charmante. Le quartier est très calme et le centre ville accessible à pied très facilement. Merci pour le Prosecco au frais. Grazie mille ! Laëtitia et sa famille

Spacious apartment!

The apartment was very spacious, with the two bedrooms and bathroom separated from the kitchen and living area. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room for at least 4 adults to move around comfortably. Piero picked us up from the train station and gave us a quick tour of town before taking us to the apartment. Beatrice was great to communicate with too. We were about a mile from the lake and the up hill all the way back up to the apartment was a bit tough after a day of exploring. We certainly got a good workout. Villa Taranto is a must do if the weather is good. Plan a full day to explore and then walk into town for a bite to eat. A few more towels would have been helpful, but we made due for our 5 night stay.

Jättefin, stor lägenhet med bra promenadavstånd till Stresa centrum

Stor lägenhet med två fina sovrum, stort vardagsrum/matrum, välutrustat kök där det också fanns diskmedel, kryddor, olja, vinäger mm. En flaska vin stog som välkomstpresent. Badrummet som var ganska stort innehöll allt man behövde, schampo, tvål etc. Ägarna var lätta att få kontakt med och vi meddelade dem bara en timma innan vi var framme i Stresa så mötte de oss utanför porten när vi kom fram. Det fanns broschyrer om lämpliga utflyktsmål och Beatrice som mötte oss tipsade om olika saker att göra. Man går lätt ner till Stresa centrum och till sjön, och får lite motion på tillbakavägen :-) Vi var väldigt nöjda med vårt boende!

Wonderful apartment near beautiful Stresa

Beatrice and Piero were very helpful in helping us to travel from Milan airport and Piero met us in Stresa and took us to the apartment. This was very comfortable, clean and well equipped for our holiday and the wifi was excellent. The only downfall was the hill up to the apartment which was very steep and tiring after a day's sightseeing. We did not have a car which would have helped. We enjoyed the boat trips round the islands and visited lots of gardens which were interesting.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful place

We really enjoyed our holiday in Stresa. The apartment was great - spacious for the four of us and well equipped. It was well situated for walking into Stresa and for visiting other nearby beautiful places. Beatrice and Piero were really helpful. Piero was waiting for us on arrival to show us around the apartment and Beatrice always answered any questions that we had very quickly. Thanks so much for letting us stay!

Lovely apartment, easy reach of the shops and the lake.

We had a lovely time, we were met off the bus by Pier and driven to the apartment in his car and shown around the apartment. We were also driven to the railway station when we left. Lovely apartment, very quiet and user friendly. It had everything we needed. Extremely comfortable bed.

Gemütliche, gepflegte und praktisch ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Auch die Betreuung war sehr gastfreundlich. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg vom Zentrum von Stresa entfernt am Berg. Das i-Tüpfelchen (5. Stern) wäre noch der Seeblick gewesen, den gibt es aber leider nicht. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
