「Budget and safe for youth travelers」

「Here is a very nice place. They have a good laundry service. You can walk to a park from the hotel in 10 minutes. There are some supermarkets nearby so it is very convenient for stay.」

1) When I entered the toilet, it was disgusting that still have dirty things inside the toilet. 2) The side of the bed is also dirty. 3) There is no cold water for a while at night. 4) The bath water will be cold and hot. 5) The counter people seems very unprofessional.

「Not enough light in the room」

「Room were ok, just basic bed and shower. Staff were ok, there was no kettle. There was no ventilation in the room.」
