There was no soap at all in our room. There wasn’t enough toilet paper in our room. Outside maintenance was lacking. The room itself was clean. We would go there again.

It looked like they forgot to clean the carpet in a very long time. The whole place smelled like marijuana. The blankets had stains on them. I almost said screw it and left but my son said no. I would never recommend this place.

Very high price for what you got. No breakfast, bare room, I paid for a deluxe double bed and got a small bed in which I felt the strings. Check in was at a kiosk, drapes were torn, tv didn't work, you can't call the hotel to talk to someone and if you get through you can't understand them. This is bad for Red Roof franchise because I will avoid all of them.

I was calling the property prior to our stay to ask a few questions, no one ever answered. The hotel room was old, could have been better. After our stay we had a question regarding extra charges on our bill, I still can't get a hold of someone, really bad customer service.

Good price and pet friendly. The outside area was a bit run down and not especially clean. The room was generally clean but when we checked in there was a plastic bag with soaked/soiled towels stuffed in a bathroom drawer (disgusting). I would stay here again but would likely check other places and even pay more for better accommodations elsewhere.

Very disappointing stay at Red Roof Inn. We stayed last night and unfortunately the experience was not what we expected. The room was not as clean and comfortable as it should have been, and the overall condition of the property left a lot to be desired. The stay was frustrating, and we did not feel we received the quality or service we paid for. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. Management should seriously address the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service issues.
