Hummingbird Paradise in Pocono, hot tub,sauna,close to vineyards and ski resort

Welcome to the Hummingbird Paradise in Poconos - our beautiful home and estate. Completely refurbished from top to bottom, the house has 3 bedrooms , bonus room/ office with an option to sleep (2 twin beds) and 3 bathrooms. It is a lovely open space where your family and friends can get together, enjoy each other's company and create wonderful new, eternal memories.

The house is very comfortable, cozy, spacious and clean with an area 2300 sq ft.
3 bedrooms- second floor, 1 bonus room - first floor 3 full bathrooms. There are two bathrooms on second floor one on first floor.

The MAIN FLOOR is an open concept:
-large living room (65"smart TV,DVD)
-bonus room- 2 twin -size beds
-full bathroom ( shower)
-dinning room with the large dining table for the whole family
-kitchen- with an island-3/4 stools
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, two electric ovens +induction stove. In addition, an electric kettle, teapot, waffle iron, and pots and pans are there for your use.

The game room has a pool table for adults , table football .There is arcade game . Here you can also relax in a brand new 2 person infrared sauna or simply watch Tv (50" smart TV). For your comfort, you will find an additional 2 sofas .
The two staircases lead you from the main to the second floor.

The second floor;
3 bedrooms
-Master bedroom - 1 king size bed, 1 twin size bed, (43"smartTv), and private bathroom with shower
-second bedroom - 2 queen size beds
- third bedroom - 1 queen size bed, 1 twin size bed and crib.
All beds have white cotton sheets
Laundry room (washing liquid and iron).

We installed a split system in two rooms - the master bedroom and the game room. The rest of the rooms have air conditioning units in the windows. In addition , electric baseboard heat the entire home, and each room has individual heat temperature control.

The kitchen has also lead you onto a wonderful patio, where you can enjoy nature's peace, listen to the sounds of trees, and singing of the birds.
Here, you will find a fireplace with an attached wood-burning grill, 6 person hot tub with 54 jets spa ,a natural gas barbecue grill, and a playground for children.
Our beautiful garden is a shelter for hummingbirds. They visit, drink, and put on a stunning show for everyone to enjoy.

Fun # 1 - The property is directly next door to the Big Pocono State Park.
Fun # 2 - Our drinking water is of high quality. It comes from deep- sea springs and is absolutely delicious.
