Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich, auch durften wir früher einchecken als angegeben. Die Wohnung an sich ist schön renoviert, ordentlich ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. "Our stay at the house in Cieszyn was very pleasant. The house was well equipped and clean - and the landlord was very very hospitable, helpful and accommodating. The landlord was always present and ready to support, when needed. The house was placed closely to the beautiful and historic town Cieszyn - and surrounded by many small and cozy villages and minor mountains. The area has a local feel with many opportunities for regional food and drinkink. "

"We stayed at this property due to being stranded in Ostrava during the Central Europe floods while in transit to Krakow. It wouldn’t be our first choice of hotels but any port in a storm. The staff were helpful but the property is probably 2 star at best "

"No air conditioning in the room, no bin in the room, no kettle in the room The only positive I can say is about the staff that prepared breakfast every morning , so polite ever so helpful with their smiles on their faces . Thank you ladies for providing me with a boiled water every single morning , you were amazing. Reception very poor knowledge how to get around , won’t stay there again "

Not worth the money we paid

"We had to change our room as we found a cockroach walking on the furniture towards a plate with food. In the next room we found spiders and the sink was cracked. The food and its variety at the breakfast refers to a 3 star hotel. A plus for kids animators"
