The studio has been completely renovated and is located right on the waterfront in Arcachon, in a small, quiet apartment building. Comfortably furnished and well-equipped, you’ll enjoy a worry-free vacation.
• 1 main room with 2 separate single beds
1 kitchenette
• Fully equipped kitchen: 4-burner stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher (seats 6), and dishes. A living area furnished with a table and 4 chairs.
• 1 bathroom separate from the main room
You have access to a renovated bathroom: sink, shower, toilet, storage cabinet.
• Living area; wall-mounted swivel TV, storage cabinet, 6-drawer dressers, vacuum cleaner.
• The beds are made upon your arrival; linens and towels are provided.
The studio is ideally located to enjoy the sea and the entire Arcachon Bay without needing to drive.
• Everything is within walking distance: shops, bike path, and numerous restaurants.
• You have direct access to the harbor and the beaches. Nearby amenities include a swimming pool, a casino, boat tours, thalassotherapy, the Dune du Pilat, and ferries to Cap Ferret or the Banc d’Arguin.
The studio is disinfected and the linens are laundered between each rental to protect everyone’s health.
• You can arrive by train; a free shuttle will drop you off right in front of the studio.
• Beach bus for €2 in the summer to get to Le Moulleau.

You’ll have everything you need to cook, including dishes, glasses, pans, and a dishwasher. Nearby, you’ll also find restaurants, shops, bike paths, and a bus stop right in front of the studio. The beds will be made upon your arrival. You can take the water buses from the harbor. You won’t need a car to get around and enjoy yourself.
