Very handy motel. We are building a log cabin ten miles up the road and this place is so handy for us. Fix breakfast and supper which saves money on eating out. Great value

The room was nicely remodeled. The best part is the kitchen with refrigerator, hot plate, sink and all utensils, plus pots, pans and dishes. Room was very clean.

We enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and looked as though it had been recently updated. We appreciated the dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils provided for making our meals. We were gone most of the day sightseeing so this motel was perfect for us. A reasonably priced, clean and comfortable room. We’ll be back when we vacation in Door County again!

Motel 57 is a cute, retro motel. Very easy access, and close to all the activities in Door County. It was a comfortable, basic place to stay in the area, and the staff was helpful and personable.

The kitchenette with clean dishes, pots and pans allowed us to prepare all our meals there. The room was very clean, the showers hot, the room well-insulated, and it was mostly quiet. However, the freezer needed defrosting, the dining table was broken and unusable, the bed was quite lumpy, and the WiFi signal extremely weak.

This cute, retro gem of a motel transported me back to my childhood, replete with matching chairs in front of the room door. The room was brightly colored with comfortable beds, reasonably sized bathroom, kitchenette stocked with necessities, and even a pullout counter with stools. Truly an excellent value in an expensive tourist destination.

People bag on this hotel but it's a gem; I stay here everytime I come through. Your fellow guests may be a bit character-ish, but they're harmless. Rooms have great amenities if a bit dated, but the bathrooms especially are modern and lovely. Awesome throwback vibe. Love it here

Convenient location right on Hwy. 57. Love the deco paint on the outsides; appealingly retro. Inside was fresh; either recently well done or very well maintained. Very clean. Like having windows on both sides of wall (brought fresh air and light). Nice to have parking right out the door. Nice little grassy area in the courtyard with retro chairs for sitting while grilling. Very small interior; we stayed only overnight so no problem for us. Bed was very hard/stiff. We were in Room 2; noisy when traffic picked up at 5 a.m.; bring fan or white noise.

Our stay was nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Kitchenette was well stocked with everything necessary. Appreciated that it was quiet. We could not hear the other people on either side of us. Only issue we had was with the TV. Two remotes with no instructions. We struggled with getting the TV to work. Had to go to the office and ask.

The room overall was pretty clean. Though there were some old stains on the bedsheets. The kitchen was pretty complete - bowls, utensils, soap - but it would have been better if they have provided a sponge to wash the dishes. Parking was great - right in front of the motel. Staff were friendly in providing solutions and listening to feedback. The place overall is convenient but there are definitely room to improve in keeping it a clean environment.

**Great, quiet place to stay!** I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical at first. But once I found out Motel 57 is owned by Jon and Patti, who also own Snug Harbor and Waterfront Mary’s, I knew we were in good hands—and they did not disappoint! Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, with pretty much everything you could possibly need close by. It was also surprisingly quiet, which was wonderful after spending our days at the beach and the Door County Fair. It was just the kind of place we needed to come back to at the end of a long, busy day. There were only two issues during our stay. The refrigerator/freezer combo froze some of our items because the freezer-door portion was broken, and the window locks were broken. Neither issue ruined our stay, but they are definitely things that should be addressed. Overall, we had a really good experience. Motel 57 is a clean, quiet, convenient place to stay if you're looking for somewhere comfortable to call it a night after being out and about exploring Sturgeon Bay and Door County. **We would absolutely stay here again!**

I loved that this room had a kitchenette, with all of the supplies we needed for cooking breakfast! We had a room with two double beds. While the room is not large, it's a very efficient use of space with the fold out table and stools for dining. The bathroom is nice and very clean. The only thing missing was a shelf to put our toiletries on. One of our windows was also missing a a screen. The location is great, and the hotel and grounds are well-kept. I don't normally stay at motels because I feel safer in hotels (where you enter your room through an interior hallway) but this is a really safe area and I had no concerns. I would stay here again.

Great little motel! Friendly staff, clean rooms and very convenient parking to the front door of your room. This is a pet friendly hotel and I appreciated easy access with my dogs. The hotel provided things to do in the area and good places to eat. Highly recommend

Amery quaint retro motel. Had a room with a kitchen. All the supplies needed were provided. There was a full fridge, stove with oven, dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffee pot, etc. Beds were very comfortable. Nice to park right in front of my door. Pet friendly. I'd stay again. Only thing I could think that's needed is a small shelf in the bathroom for personal items and a grab bar in the shower.
