「The farm house is wonderful, well equipped and plenty of space for the 9 of us. The locations is fantastic with the town a short walk away, where there was a Spar, brasserie & Indian restaurant (highly recommended). On arrival the pool was murky and dirty, and we had to clean the day bed sheets, the owner it got sorted with help from a local friend and the hoover was run daily. The air con is only in the main bedroom above the kitchen which was disappointing as the weather was 42 degrees and the...

「Beautiful house set within extensive gardens amidst the tranquil Charentes countryside. The House is comfortable, well equipped and full of character. The large garden is private and fully enclosed, with lots of quiet corners to sit and read or just admire the view. The fenced off pool area is excellent - and features ample seats. The Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. All in all this is a wonderful place for a holiday with friends or family in a beautiful corner of south west France.」

「We have just spent the best two weeks in this lovely renovated property. It was everything we had wished for and more. The setting was beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed walking down to the river and taking the bac to Chanier every day for bread. The house itself has been finished to a very high quality and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the covered outside area. The pool was fantastic and the perfect way to finish off a day spent sightseeing. Thanks so much!」
