“Nice area, easy to get to. Rooms were fine, no regrets staying here. We were visiting our son, so didn't spend a lot of time in unit. We'd stay there again in the future. Heads up, we picked this location for the one level accommodations as we were traveling with my 85 year old mother-in-law. The bathtub has a very rounded, somewhat slippery bottom. Something to be aware of if you will have elderly people with you.”

“very clean inside with hospitable amenities. Host was VERY accessible and responsive. Maybe not a location that all would like as on a crowded street, but the neighborhood was interesting, historical and active community events. ”

“We arrived to a dirty condo. The floors had not been swept and there was a live roach in the bathtub. We sent photos and swept the kitchen ourselves. They stated that it was unacceptable and would have a cleaning crew out the next day. We left mid morning and came back 6 hours later and it still had not been cleaned. While we were showering for dinner someone came and stated they were there to clean. I stated they were to have done that while we were gone and could they come back as my husband……

“As previously reviewed, I can confirm that the property smelled like cats had marked inside the apartment. It needs to be professionally cleaned; plug-in Glade air fresheners and one air purifier are not going to cut it. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, but because of the smell, we stayed for 30 minutes, left, and did not return. After driving 8 hours to get there, to say we were disappointed was a severe understatement. As for the listing, there is one small parking space that……

“The modern decor, cleanliness (comfortable bedding) and proximity to the beach was very nice. Unfortunately there was road construction right next to the property and parking was very tight. Units below us had odors that wafted up and loud music was played past midnight. Communicating with the manager seemed to be via AI and did not feel personal although they were responsive. Bath fixtures were coming off the wall and they had insect spraying scheduled during our stay which was not ideal but we……

“Very comfortable - beds were soft, sheets were great and water pressure was nice. There was a problem with city drains so the parking lot was flooded a couple nights, which caused a lot of dirt to be tracked into the unit, but this wasn't a problem with the rental. Location was close to everything we needed.”

“Two nights enjoying this place were enjoyable overall. Kitchenette let us save some cash while still getting out to visit local eateries when we wanted something different.”
