Staff were very nice. A lot of surgical patients stay here. Room refrigerator doesn't have a freezer section to freeze the ice packs. It would be nice if freezer space were available to freeze the ice packs

Overall, the hotel was clean including the lobby and main areas. Staff were friendly at check-in and coming and going as well. The keurig in the room is a nice touch, especially if you don’t want to get right up in the morning to enjoy the free coffee. My only frustration had to do with the room not being as thoroughly clean, specifically the bathroom. There was a visible stain on the floor that should not have been missed if someone had mopped or even swept or wiped down the toilet or anything. I did address the concern with the front desk clerk at checkout and showed pictures. She was responsive about it being reported to be addressed.

The room was spacious and clean the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint is there was no housekeeping, we could not get extra towels or even enough for both of us, for our two day stay, the breakfast & coffee was served later than advertised.
