「The hotel itself looks extremely charming once you enter it. The restaurant area and pool are just amazing and really something out of a fantasy. The rooms however are a bit of an anti-climax. They are small, and very simple. Not cosy at all. Just a different way of decorating it could do a lot to give the same vibes as the hotel garden/pool area.」

「The place is beautiful and the customer service is fine. There's just a small dead cockroach in one room and another at the rest room. It could have been improved if it will be checked prior receiving guests so they could remove it plus we lack one towel during the stay which could have checked as well.
