“Breakfast was excellent. The staff was very nice and professional my only complaint was the refrigerator in my room did not work. I went to the front desk and she stored items I needed to keep cold in the refrigerator downstairs and said she would send up the maintenance man. To my knowledge no one came up. I also walked past her a number of times after letting her know it did not work and she said nothing to follow up. I had also informed her that there was no lotion in the dispenser in my……

“The pool was freezing. I had multiple things broken in my room upon arrival. The toilet paper holder, the sink was leaking water all over the floor. The bathroom door would lock but you could pull it right open. I got a non smoking room but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. ”

“This was a wonderful place to stay. The self check in made everything so easy. The inn is exquisite -- although it was the day before Thanksgiving, it was so pretty having the Christmas decor throughout the downstairs rooms. My room 'the green room' was conveniently located on the second floor and although 'my bathroom was across the hall -- it was charming rather than inconvenient.”
