Needs a bit of attention: toilet rocks like it’s going to tip over, mold on bathroom floor, multiple switches that do nothing. Bedroom window does not lock.

Our stay was excellent! Couldn’t be in a better location. Very clean, super comfortable bed, and great amenities. We will definitely be coming back.

This was our second time staying here and we really love it. It is very clean and updated. Has a great beach vibe and very close to the ocean. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. My husband and I even walked to Fort Sumter and Fort Moultrie National Historical Park. As our daughter attends College of Charleston, we will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was exactly as advertised, the rental company was very communicative and timely with responses. It’s a fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Location, location, location!! Condo has a fantastic central location to restaurants and shop and very walkable, easy access to the beach. It was also clean and quiet. We would definitely book again.

Served my needs

The condo is in a great location (short walk to Beach and restaurants/bars) and it served it's purpose as a place to sleep while doing other things in Sullivan's Island. It was clean and comfortable on the inside, although a little claustrophobic due to lack of windows. Although there are a couple of chairs and a table on the front "porch" (more like a shared walkway ), it offers no view.

Convenient comfortable place to stay in Sullivan's Island

Great location/ Walk to restaurants or beach within 10 minutes. Clean, all amenities, comfortable king bed. Easy parking, check in.

Short Getaway

My husband and I were looking for a brief stay somewhere new. This property provided exactly what we needed. It is conveniently located to nearby Mount Pleasant, and the city of Charleston,retains its quaintnness.

Perfect little beach pad!

This cute little condo was perfect. Reminded us of growing up on the beach in Florida. Old condo with so much character, great renovation and absolutely perfect location! Can’t wait to come back soon!

SI Getaway

We've tried for years to find a place on SI and this unit fit the bill. Centrally located to downtown amenities & the beach....just perfect. And a good value as well.

The location was GREAT! It was very close to all the restaurants and the beach. The only negatives were that the bathroom is tiny and the fan in the bedroom didn't work, but other than that we enjoyed it.

Sullivans island visit

Rental was an in-line apartment. Almost zero natural light. A very dark place. Photos did not depict that…… furniture was dated and generally too big for the space……. No extra trash can liners so we bought more……The request to do the dishes, remove the trash, and wash the linens was inappropriate. That’s what housekeeping does.

Cute spot, amazing location!

Great space, perfect for 2 people. Bed is super comfy, whole place is very clean and stocked with everything we could need. Had a question about the washer/dryer and got a quick response! Location is amazing, close to restaurants and the beach! Can’t wait to come back!

Very small

Thank goodness it was just my husband and me. Tiny bathroom. Tiny space. And no washer/ dryer. It was fine for a weekend, but any longer would have not been pleasant. Charleston is a must see though!

Casual & Elegant

It is a casual but elegantly decorated condo that is perfect for a couple or a small family. It has 2 tvs with rokus, a keurig, regular coffee maker, coffee grinder, and tea kettle. The bed is quite comfortable and king sized. It’s within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Next time I go to Sullivans Island I’m definitely staying here.
