「We had such an amazing time at this property, the photos of the house are exactly as pictured. The pool & beach views are incredible and the home is clean, with a ton of space for a friends or couple weekend or a family trip. We did not want to leave!!! 「This was our first time in Folly beach & we loved it! The apartment was small but had everything we needed. The AC was cold, the bed was comfortable, & the location was fabulous! Only 2 blocks to the beach & to Center Street! We loved the laid back vibe & will definitely be back! The only negative was the upstairs neighbor was up at 5 am every morning & we could hear them moving around. Other than that, we loved our stay!」

「We have a group of 20+ college girlfriends in our 50's now who get together every other year. We have stayed here twice, and this is our favorite home to come to. 「We enjoyed our three night stay! The balcony is huge and a lovely place to relax. Property was as described! Lolo’s (almost exactly across the street) has amazing food. We are in our 50’s and had no problem with the four flights of stairs, however we are active and don’t mind the exercise.」

「Overall I think it was a great deal for the money. IA few things we want to Point out…Concerned about lighting outside (none), gap under front door that allows bugs in (flies etc). The bed was comfy and we had no trouble sleeping. AC was great. Bathroom- no toiletries , sink is loose and socket doesn’t have a circuit breaker In bedroom behind kitchen the outlet by bed has no cover. Over head light in kitchen didn’t work -there were no ice cube trays.」

「Very nice, updated, private unit. Spacious for two people! It would be helpful to have a flag or some sort of sign to identify the driveway. My only issue was the room deodorizer. I could not sleep in the bedroom because of the smell - even after removing the deodorizers. I recommend asking guest about that prior to move in.」

「Clean, spacious, walking distance to great restaurants. As described, near highway so outdoor space is not pleasant for sitting but the highway noise was not noticeable indoors. Comfortable mattress!!!!!! Had to buy a corkscrew!!! Should be number one amenity!!! I would suggest getting confirmation on amenities-seemed like they hadn’t updated list (e.g. also no Keurig was on site).」

「Had a wonderful time in Charleston and our stay was perfect! We loved how cozy, quiet and beautiful our little pool cottage was. The view from the windows was beautiful and it was minimal while having everything we needed. 「Check in and check out instructions were clear. The house was clean and more than enough room for the 2 of us(6 people would be more than comfortable). Also location was great. We learned upon arrival that both Harborside and Beach Club share amenities, so the options are unparalleled to other hotels in the area.
