“Loved, loved, loved this place!! Staff was super friendly and very informative about local pizza places. Channel was awesome, kind and accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was wonderful with a spa and pool—both clean. The breakfast was exceptional with bacon, eggs, potatoes, cereal and all the other “continental” items. The whole hotel is a beautiful getaway. Beautifully decorated and not anything like what you would expect from a hotel in an abandoned strip……

“Great front desk staff. Decent gym. My room had some maintenance issues (peeling wall paper in bathroom). But overall a solid property and I would stay there again.”

“The room was dirtier in spots than I would have liked.. there were a few bugs. The pool water was cloudy and had tons of people and children, food being eaten in the pool, balls everywhere.. kind of chaotic and not relaxing as we'd hoped. The adult only pool was small and had some people hanging around it playing music so also not peaceful. Massage was wonderful though and the quesadillas from the pool grill were good.”

“We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans……

“Pros: Staff - Very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the property and provided all the necessary information upon check in. Room - I stayed in the executive suite which was huge and nicely decorated. Very large deep soaking tub with added jets that I feel are more hygienic than some of the older model tubs at other hotels. Lobby/Restaurant/Breakfast - The lobby is huge and very elegant. I can’t comment on the restaurant or breakfast as I didn’t take advantage of either. Pool - My……
