「This is a beautiful property! Comfortable, clean, and great communication with the host. Our family of 4 had room to spread out, and everyone commented on how comfortable the condo was. It was wonderful to be in a quiet section of town after spending each day being tourists in the city. 「My coworkers and I rented this for a trip to New Jersey and New York.The house is older, but well cared for. It is quite spacious, especially for the area.There are 2 flights of stairs, not just one as indicated by "Second floor" in the listing. We were carrying television gear and navigating the 2 flights of stairs was more than I would have liked or agreed to by booking.The "always available" parking is deceptive. You are not allowed to park on the street in front of the house, but on the...

「The space was simple, clean and well furnished. The shower was glorious after spending ten hours at a music festival. The mattress was like sleeping on a cloud. The hosts were super flexible and accommodating. You won’t find a more affordable or nicer spot. 」

Trains were not noisy, and rooftop was sweet (though we did have a rainy week, so couldn't use it a lot). 40 min drive or 60mins transit into Midtown, or a bit less to WTC area. 「great place to come back to and relax after enjoying NYC, the 126 bus to nyc is a 3 min walk from the place and its also a great, safe neighborhood to enjoy good food and a stoll. The Hudson river is about a 10 min walk with great views of NYC skyline. Total recommend its nice, safe and clean apartment and AJ was awesome and very responsive. 」

「Everything about our stay was beyond perfect! The house is gorgeous and the rooftop patio was perfect for coffee in the morning and wind in the evening. Lots of restaurants and parks nearby and it was super easy to use public transportation from there. We will for sure stay again on future trips! 」
