“Our daughter’s wedding was in Waverly. This house was perfect for us and our kids and their spouses and littles. Great location, spacious and beautiful home. ”

“The cabin was clean, had plenty of supplies (bedding, towels, etc.), and the property was beautiful. We really appreciated the use of the watercraft. Andy was a great host, and super easy to get ahold of. Overall we had a wonderful stay. ”

“Two couples on our 70's stayed for two nights in June. Communication was great, .with Diana andwering all of our detailed questions. Checkin was easy. The facility and setting was as described: clean, very well supplied and charming. Our favorite feature was the shaded patio overlooking the Shell Rock river. The deck above was not as impressive. A steakhouse and pub are witin easy walking distance. A walking path along the river leads to a nice park and war memorial. Some of us attended water……

“What a charming place! The loft was quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. Thoughtful touches and plenty of supplies made the stay very comfortable. Local boutiques are just a short walk away, and the view over the river was the icing on the cake. I stayed for about a week and it quickly felt like home. One note: it can be tricky to get an Uber or Lyft without a car, but Kris was very helpful in pointing me to a local taxi company. Thank you! I’d definitely love to stay here again the next……

“Beautiful little house in Waverly, right down the street from Waverly's businesses and dining options. Convenient parking in the driveway and a fenced in yard. Stairs to the second floor are a little steep, so be sure to hold the railing!”

“This property is ideal in that it is clean and safe and so close to downtown, however the dryer was broken and I didn't find that out until I had two loads of wet clothes, so that was a negative. Overall though I will be returning because it is such a cozy, clean, and updated spot. The gated parking is a clear pro.”

“Great place in the middle of everything! Loved having everything within walking distance for adults and teenagers!! Beds were super comfortable and all the basics were available in the kitchen and bathroom.”

“The cabine was in the perfect location as it was close to all of the places I needed to go while I stayed for the weekend. It was a little confusing finding the correct door to get into but that was a very minor issue and did not cause any problems once we figured it out. Still deserves 5 stars. It was clean, organized, labels on everything, information clearly available to know everything we needed for our stay. I wish I would have had more time to enjoy the cabin as there was plenty to enjoy……
