More than 1700 SF of living space, modern updates and historic charm, there is room for the whole family. Enjoy porch sitting, dining al fresco on the back deck or entertaining around the outdoor fire pit. Dedicated workspace allows work from home and three large bedrooms with smart televisions provide everyone an individual oasis. Family friendly books, board games, outdoor games and plenty of fenced backyard to stretch out.

Best in Sumter

This beautiful property was centrally located between our 2 work sites. As a home inspector, I appreciate the charm of original features like original wood flooring mixed with the addition of the primary bathroom. The owner is very punctual on answering you as well as an all around great guy! We will be staying again next week and anytime work has us in Sumter in the future!

I've stayed in many properties around the world...this one was definitely Top 5. The towels smell like the towels at The Four Seasons. Close to everything and price is cheaper than a budget hotel. Bravo!
