Excellent home close to mountain

The home was spotless, cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in. Heated floors in the master bathroom was really nice. The kitchen was very well equipped. Would definitely recommend the home for a family.

A mixture

The home is very lovely and warm/relaxing. Nice Decour and comfortable beds and furnishings. The first two days were ideal. The ceiling leaked water in the kitchen on the third day we were there. Huge mess / water everywhere. When I called to get help about it, there was a jumble of confused communication, and it seemed as though I was being forced to another location. Trying to work this out was difficult as the management was defensive and quick to be verbally aggressive. We worked it through and everything settled down, but there were some mistaken charges that were made to my card after the harsh interaction. This added more stress to the equation. Overall, it was a mixture of nice things and very stressful things that should not happen to a person on vacation. The hardest part was just not having a supportive and kind management response when I was dealing with problems in their condo.

Fantastic Property

We had the best week staying here! Michael went above and beyond for us. The condo has every amenity and was well thought out for guests. The hiking guides inspired us to try two hikes. We loved the place and will come again. Cozy and comfortable.
