「Everything was good… except the fact that you are required to put your 100 dollars depósito cash. When you said you have no cash they amicably point to the convenient ATM that they have on site. Also on the check out they were trying to charge me for 2 “missing towels” 🙄」

「WORST EVER, STAY AWAY!! I reserved an accessible room and the attendant changed it at check in. She gave me another room which was not accessible, she also charged me a different amount than Expedia gave me. When we got to the room, it should not have been rented out. Everything was dirty from flies in the room, unswept floors from at least several weeks, splattered food in bathroom, hair, condensation, food leftovers and mold in fridge, the smell of mold and humidity throughout the whole room...

「Room was interesting, kitchen in the room with a full fridge, stove and sink. Only issue was using the stove caused the fire alarm to go off and we couldn’t get it to stay off. Shower curtain in the bathroom wasn’t the best and water got everywhere but honestly these are small things because the staff was great, the front desk guy gave me another pillow when I asked because we didn’t have enough.
