Great cabin about 2 minutes from Mt. Sunapee resort and state park, as well as several lake towns. Beds are extra comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed.

Great location for a Sunapee ski weekend

We came up for a ski weekend at Mt. Sunapee. We were close enough to see the mountain from the driveway. The house was clean and a great place to recover from a day on the slopes. We will definitely be back!

Great getaway

A lovely space to get away and enjoy Sunapee with our dog. Very clean and all needed kitchen and bath amenities are available onsite. Air conditioning kept the space comfortable with ceiling fans as an option too. Thanks for a great stay!

We just needed an quick overnight somewhere that wouldn't mind our bringing our dog. The home was fresh and well equipped. If you are interested in skiing, it is so convenient to the mountain with good restaurants nearby. We were in and out so we didn't have the opportunity to check out too much in the area, but we were very comfortable there!

Beautiful home and stay - highly recommend!

My family of 3 on our golden stayed at this home for 5 days while our son was recovering from knee surgery. The kitchen is large, well stocked and perfect for cooking which was a key feature for us. Whatever was missing was quickly brought over by Caitlin who was incredibly responsive, kind and very helpful. She went above and beyond. The beds were super comfortable, great woods in back to walk your dog with nearby trails a few minutes away for hiking. We will be back for sure. It’s rare to get this level of attention and service - the spotless home has all the amenities to make your stay an excellent one.

Charming house for the weekend

We loved our stay at the Casa; the house was the perfect size for a couple and a friend. Caitlin left us a bottle of wine, and we spent a cozy rainy day between wedding activities playing games and catching up on TV. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept great! One note for the dog owners out there: the yard is lovely and nice sized, but it is close to a road and not fenced in. Our dog is older and trained to stay near us, so it was perfect for us. If we ever find ourselves in the Sunapee area again we will definitely be back.

Great New Hampshire Hideaway

We spent a wonderful extended weekend with friends and had an absolute wonderful time. The house is well-appointed and has everything you need. Local area was also fun with much to do. I would also like to thank Rachel who provided great support during our stay. The day before we arrived the basement had flooded from all those devastating rains. The rest of the house was in perfect condition and Rachel kept us informed of all the ongoing maintenance work downstairs which did not disturb or hamper us at all. Highly recommend for a couples, or friends, or families.

Soonipi Casa is Incredible!

I can’t say enough good things about Soonipi Casa! It is such a charming, clean, updated, and well-maintained house, and we felt right at home from the moment we drove into the driveway. Caitlin was quick with all communications, check-in/out instructions were easy and clear, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine when we got there! The house is stocked with anything you’d need during your stay, and it’s in the perfect location for a quick trip into town, and a stone’s throw away from both lakes. We look forward to our next trip to Sunapee, and will most definitely be staying at Soonipi Casa again! Thank you for everything, Caitlin and Rachel!

So Charming!

This home was a delight! Beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated, it was even better than we had anticipated. Upon arrival, we found a welcome bottle of wine on the beautiful kitchen island, fresh sheets on the beds, and fluffy towels & toiletries in the bathroom. It was a pleasure to come home to the air conditioning after hiking on the mountain, kayaking on the lake, and other excursions further from town.

Our family stayed for a weekend at this location. The house has been completely renovated with every detail attended to. Each bedroom was comfortable with new linens and towels for each guest. Everything was wonderful and we’d surely come back again. Close to everything we enjoy and just enough room for us and our 2 young kids. The porch was perfect for night time relaxing and meals, too. Super comfy beds and pillows.
