AMAZING HOME

Home was quite amazing and perfect for our group of 19. We never felt crowded. The double dishwashers were wonderful and having multiple washers/dryers came in handy. beach access is amazing. We were the ONLY people on the beach most days. Definitely an amazing place to stay. The gym is well stocked.

Family Reunion

You need the right house when and you and your wife get together with your 7 kids, 5 daughters-in-law and 12 grandkids and this house was perfect. 9 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers, 2 large dining room tables, a game room, a theater room, a private pool with a hot tub, and 2 outdoor seating areas. A private gated neighborhood with a community pool and work out room and a kind of short walk to the beach. We had plenty of room for group activities and your own space for quiet times. We are already looking forward to renting here again.

Fantastic property for a large group

We had a phenomenal stay at Sundial. This is a perfect place to stay for a large group or multiple families. Sugar Sands is a gated community and all the houses are new. There is a lot of construction going on there right now, but we never noticed any noise or inconvenience. The house has a great view of the gulf, and the beach is beautiful. While we were there it was almost completely deserted. It was like having a private beach. The pool is not huge, but it was fantastic. The kitchen is we equipped, with plenty of mugs, plates, dishes, glasses etc for a large group. Having two refrigerators and two dishwashers was a great touch. Two things to be aware of: 1. It is a 20 minutes drive to the nearest grocery store, but there is a gas station/convenience store across the street. 2. This house is close to the Air Force base and fighters fly over frequently. They are loud, but they did not disrupt our vacation in the least. In fact, we enjoyed seeing them. Cape and Coast was a great company to work with. We highly recommend this property and we would definitely return.
