"I’ll start with the positives: the staff were wonderful—accommodating, polite, and responsive to our needs. Unfortunately, the positives largely end there. On the downside, we were initially given keys to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, and had to call the front desk to resolve the issue. The second room was clean, but the rooms themselves are quite outdated. The bathroom is very small, and the bathtub is in poor condition with peeling flooring that made my kids hesitant to use it due to discoloration. The amenities and toiletries were insufficient, especially for a room meant to accommodate five people. The beds were uncomfortable, particularly the pull-out couch, which was unacceptable as the springs were poking through the fabric. We chose not to complain again because with two toddlers, moving rooms wasn’t a practical option, and there was no guarantee another room would be better. We simply placed blankets over what I would consider an unsafe mattress. Additionally, the noise level was a major issue. While it was quiet when we arrived on Friday, Saturday was very disruptive. We were on the third floor, and it seemed like children running back and forth on the fourth floor above us all day long caused a headache and kept my kids awake late into the night, resulting in poor rest for all of us. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay, and unfortunately, I don’t think we will be returning"

"You get what you pay for. This is a “ghetto” hotel. I already saw warning signs of a terrible stay as soon as I pulled up. Changed my room twice because of uncleanliness, stained linens & fabrics, the list goes on. There was no way I was going to enjoy my stay there. Walked out & ate the cost. Big lesson learned! "

"My recent stay at this property was deeply disappointing due to a severe lack of cleanliness, neglected maintenance, and unprofessional management. The room itself was in unacceptable condition: the TV didn't work, the bathtub was stopped up and visibly dirty, and the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. To make matters worse, the smoke alarms kept going off. When no staff bothered to investigate or fix the issue, I was forced to take the unit down myself just to get some peace in the room. The staff at check-in was as helpful as he could be given the fact he said he was new and didn't know how to check me into the computer while a night audit was going on. At first he said I would have to come back after 7am (it was just after midnight when I arrived) The rest of the staff were completely uninterested in their jobs, but the biggest issue was the management. When I went to the front desk to ask a random question, the manager's response was to immediately threaten me with a fire department fine rather than addressing the actual problem. She was pushy, loud, and constantly blamed third-party companies instead of taking accountability. Good management anticipates issues, calmly resolves them, and empowers their staff—they do not make excuses or burden guests with their internal problems. Overall, the hotel is severely neglected and customer service is nonexistent. This is simply not a place I would ever recommend or be proud to say I stayed at."

"Room clean, staff friendly, parking adequate, but my room on first floor overlooked the pool which was noisy until after 10pm. Towels could use an upgrade (thin) and almost fell in shower as floor very slippery."

"Great room, great hotel. We ended up forgetting our cell phone charging cube and cord. The hotel has a very difficult policy for getting your property back. It is not likely we will be able to get it back. :("
