Cozy beach house located as close to the beach as you can get

Property was perfect for 8 adults and 4 children. Located just outside the beach sand dunes with beach access boardwalk running along side property. Host was very accommodating with any concerns or issues we had (only one minor issue that was remedied a.s.a.p.) and is a place I would definately stay again for that group size. I could not have been any happier with the property.

Great beach location

We have stayed here many times and will continue to go back. The house has a convenient set up for families with older children and a perfect location on the beach and a short walk to the "town."

A great place for family vacation

The location is perfect for family vacation, quiet peaceful but plenty of grocery shopping and dining out. This house is well maintained, and the property owner is super responsive and friendly. I can see we can visit back to this place.

Sweet spot

Never been to Sunset Beach before and this was the perfect spot to get acquainted with the area. Convenient to pier and public access. House was clean and kitchen was well equipped. We like to cook and Bill's seafood was a great resource. Great supply of games and beach equipment. Loved the screen porch and open deck. Excellent beach house!

Perfect, comfortable place to stay for family

This place is great for a family of 10! It had all the amenities needed for a great beach stay. Beach chairs, umbrellas, lots of pots and pans! We loved the screened in porch and the big table for us all to dine together and play games. Beds are soft and comfy and you can’t beat the location!

Cleanest house EVER!!!

Lovely home that was obviously well cared for…everyone was comfortable there. Downstairs bedroom smelled mildewey but I imagine bedrooms on ground floors oceanfront have that problem regularly.

Great Place

The house was a great size for our family of 10 adults and kids. Best feature was the GREAT screened porch. It was big, well-furnished and well-shaded all day long. I love to cook and the kitchen was furnished much better than most rentals with utensils, cutting boards and good-quality cookware, The beach area was very nice as well. Not too crowded, a gentle slope good for the kids, and fine firm sand great for bike-riding. I would definitely recommend and return!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. Everything was nice and clean. The owner was so nice, and we appreciate them working with our group very much. The house is easy to find and is located in the heart of Sunset Beach. Easy access to the beach, etc.

Nice place for a group

Clean house with everything working which is a plus. Kitchen was a little tight for thanksgiving prep but, everything worked well. Great dining table and lots of extra’s. Would book again.
