"Towers at North Beach was a terrible check in process. I paid in advance so I could go through “express check-in” but when I got there for check in the express line was not available. Not only was the express check in non existent, my 4:00 check in time was not available until 4:15. We got in late and the house wasn’t even cleaned thoroughly. There were dead flies on the window ledge. And the bedroom carpet. There was a dying cockroach on the entrance floor. And the lint catcher in the dryer was...

"Even though we were only there for a weekend, two nights, the beds were excellent. Everything was provided. We ate out so we didn’t use any of the kitchen utensils, but it was fully furnished. The bikes were in good shape. There were canoes downstairs a screened in patio this cottage was everything you could’ve hoped for in a vacation rental. I just wish we had more time to use more of the amenities that were offered. They were great hosts on the coast!!"

"This is our 3rd (4th?) stay at the Dog House and it meets all our needs as a multi-generational family group with a pooch. All on one level, easy access to every room, GREAT A/C when it's hot, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, are all things we appreciate very much! Easy walk to the beach too!"

"Property was beautiful and had everything we needed. Great beds and great location with lots of amenities. The condo is on the 3rd floor which isn’t mentioned but was no problem for us. We had a great time."

"The owner was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. Extremely good about getting back with us when contacted. The beds were comfortable, lots of options to choose from for pillows and blankets. The Resort area was nice, quiet, and close to everything. We left a day early because our 6 year old Corgi got extremely sick on Day 4 of a 7 day trip. It was Labor Day weekend and a lot of businesses were closed (including Vet hospitals). Our Vet seems to think she ate something not intended for a dog. Since our dog was always on a leash when leaving the Condo, we are unsure how this happened. Just prior to her getting sick, the Resort was cutting grass and spraying something on the ground. While it seems unfair to report this as being part of a review on the Condo, I have yet to hear back from Kathy Nobles, Operations Manager, at Sea Trail Resort letting me know what was sprayed on the ground. Because if it wasn't the stuff being sprayed on the ground, then it came from the condo. In all fairness, it could have been a previous guest that dropped something on the ground that could have rolled under the beds. From this point forward, I plan to check everything (even under the beds) upon arrival when traveling with my dog. I'm hopeful that the cleaning crew does the same."

"We really enjoyed our stay . The place was amazing. Only negative, at all, was the master bed was not very comfortable as well as bedroom with single bed. The place though was neat, clean and very convenient . Great communication with host who was very helpful ."
