If relaxing by the water is your thing than look no further. This 3 bedroom two bathroom apartment is located right on the beautiful water way of Maroochydore river on Picnic Point Esplanade. Spend your days soaking in the water views and cool breezes while being a convenient 10 minute walk to Duporth Avenue and Maroochydore town centre including Sunshine Plaza. Positioned on the first floor with a northerly aspect, the apartment has an open plan design that flows easily onto a great sized balcony. The master bedroom is spacious and features a king size bed and private ensuite, second bedroom with two king single beds and third bedroom with another queen size bed.

Unit on the river

Excellent water views. Located right on the river. Quiet area. Boat ramp very close. Would be an excellent spot for young kids as the water is shallow and still. It was crystal clear when we were there. Spacious unit. Only fault is that it’s not close to any restaurants and bars. But it’s only a bit over a kilometre of flat walking to get to those.

Views were gorgeous, unit had all we needed except couldn’t locate tv remote, lots of rubbish under the beds and building works all week right next door we’re the spoilers Would I come again? Yes Definitely after they’ve built and finished the complex next door
