This is a great place for travellers to stay overnight as part of a leg. Great location close to shopping, Maccas and KFC plus next-door to other eateries. Bathroom door was hard to open and close and had to lift it up to move. TV had no channels. Shower was 11/10 tho. Great pressure and nice and hot. I would definitely stay here again.

This motel is very clean and very basic. Only two pillows, no spares, no blanket on the bed and a thin cover in the wardrobe. No hand towel or face clothes or shampoo. As often happens the photos look much better than the reality.

Unfortunately I cannot rate this motel well. Dirty bathroom with mould, a broken shower curtain rail, windows that would not lock, broken screens, and insufficient bedding (1 sheet and 1 blanket in winter is not enough).

This room is nowhere near $210 we paid for it. So overpriced. The coffee table was sticky with a thick coat of grime. Bathroom door didn’t have a lock, no light in toilet. Previous guests old toilet roll left around. There were extra large cockroaches in the kitchen probably due to dominos shop behind motel. There were tiny insects everywhere. Hard to tell what they were, but you could see them all over mobile phones and feel them on your legs. The occupants of other rooms seem to be long term residents waiting for housing who had their cars there for years which an inch of dust all over it. Not a comfortable feeling walking around. Just after midnight someone had either a chainsaw revving or a petrol blower revving for about 10-15 min. Most of the lights didn’t work and it was so dark outside you couldn’t see where to go to get upstairs. I’m currently saying in the most beautiful motel at Hervey Bay for $155. Clean and recently renovated and much cheaper.

Caloundra visit

Owners were very friendly. Beds and room were comfortable and clean. Light over single bed was broken, and sliding door to bathroom kept coming off bottom runner. Ceiling fan only worked on full speed. Very close location to shopping and beach. Coffee shop near by as was supermarket. Enjoyed our stay.

Location was great close to everything you need. place is very run down, and when booked given option of 2 double beds and 2 single beds at booking only to find that room doesn't exist when we arrived. So 5 people had to share 4 beds with very limited linen and comfort.

You do not get what you pay for.

We paid for Balcony, free breakfast and free internet. We received a ground floor room with only block out curtains so we could not open for natural light. Other wise you are in a display window. All fly screens were torn. No breakfast, no toaster, no microwave and no plates. Internet did not work at any time. We did ask for a microwave and toaster, but never got one. Excuse for not getting what we paid for was that she/owner has to pay high fees to Hotels.com.
All furniture in room except bed, bedsides and table and 2 chairs

Fine for a place to lay your head if you don’t want to swim in the pool (mouldy bottom) or watch TV (only choice of channel 10 & then the remote was broken so couldn’t turn the tv off. However room was clean and the bed was fine - you get what you pay for I guess
