This stunning apartment boasts panoramic ocean views across to Northern Sunshine and beyond. Imagine sipping on warm coffee and watching the whales migrate from your private balcony during the winter and in the summer time basking in the sun.
Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Living and dining downstairs plus a private picturesque courtyard out the back to chill out and have a afternoon BBQ.

Wow!

Wonderful position, tucked away. Magnificent ocean and headland views with boardwalk close by to the beach. Excellent unit, spacious and all needs catered for. Only downside was noise from the building site over the road and garden maintenance people with their noisy machinery. But hey, that’s life! We loved our stay.

Fabulous location, everything you desire...

Loved spending a week with magnificent sea views, being lulled to sleep with the sound of rolling waves and everything you could think of possibly needing - comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, easy living and cute courtyard with BBQ, quick walk to shops & beach. Will be back!

Stunning Views, blue chip property

The stunning sunrise and Pacific Ocean vista is brought into the property from large double glazed French windows on both the main living area (first floor) and master bedroom (top floor). This holiday home is on a quiet residential street (apart from the yappy dog behind and occasional builder) and a short stroll to the laid back cafes/restaurants of Sunshine Beach, as well as the fantastically positioned surf club. We also enjoyed getting on the bus (free at weekends - otherwise Go Card needed) to take the stress out of parking at Noosa Heads. Another positive from our holiday was Cate at Utopia Rentals. Very responsive and attentive. What we didn’t like? For a multi million dollar property in a high end domain, I would expect the home to be better equipped. There is only one, aging TV, which needs to be bigger and have at least Smart app functions. The master bedroom needs a similar TV added - one TV for accommodation like that is unacceptable. The kettle was old and dirty - brown film inside and there were a few other cleanliness issues. All in all, a lovely holiday, but for the money, I would expect better. Thank you Cate and team for looking after us.

Getaway to Sunshine Beach

Lovely spot to be out of the Noosa limelight. Lovely cafes and updated surf club suited family dinner out. So close to the beach to walk along and the views from the balcony were lovely to read and relax. Hosts were welcoming and the house was as expected from the listing.

Perfect location for a quiet getaway

This beautiful accomodation was exactly what we needed for a quiet weekend getaway. Perfect location, just a hop, skip and a job from the beautiful sunshine beach. Very quiet neighbourhood and the accommodation was exactly as described in the listing. New, comfortable furnishings and a wonderful balcony setting, perfect for soaking up the spectacular views of the ocean. Would highly recommend this property!

Stairs

We forgot how to live with stairs. I couldn’t find hairdryer. After all we had great time. If someone wants to eat at Surf Club book earlier, at least few days. We will return one day.
