Cetina Unit 6 - Discover a magical retreat!
Just a magic spot! Cetina Unit 6 is located in an absolute waterfront position directly on the Pumicestone Passage, boasting uninterrupted water views over the passage, Bribie Island & the shipping lanes.
From the moment you walk in you will be in awe of the stunning turquoise waters right in front of you which can be seen from your living room, kitchen and enclosed balcony. The balcony has windows all the way around which can be opened to capture the cool ocean breezes.
With a modern interior and brand new furnishings you are guaranteed to feel relaxed and comfortable in no time!

Located on the 3rd level with lift access
Communal Jetty (Perfect for fishing off)
The complex has a security gate and unit has a generous lock up garage as well as an additional secure open parking space.
Close by you will find a great choice of restaurants, cafes, cinemas, Caloundra main street (where the Sunday markets are held each week) + a unique choice of shops, supermarkets, children's playgrounds and most importantly, the beach! Bulcock Beach is just a stones throw away, as is Happy Valley beach (a great choice for surfers or stand up paddle boarders).
Kick back and relax whilst enjoying some of the best views in Caloundra!

Linen
Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Non smoking unit and complex. No animals in unit & complex. Prices vary according to the season, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons.

Generous lock up garage as well as an additional secure open parking space.
Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
