Close by you will find a great range of restaurants and cafes, plus plenty of parks for the kids to roam in. The 'Culverston' complex offers a lift, pool, shared BBQ area and lock up garage for one vehicle. There is also off street parking available.
Please note that there are a few stairs to walk up when entering the unit itself, and some stairs at the entry when entering/leaving the building on foot.
Please also note that this property does not have air conditioning however there are pedestal fans supplied.

Linen
Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $99 p.w., or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
