This delightful 2 storey townhouse, one of a small complex of three, invites you into a world where each day is a serene escape on a quiet canal on the Noosa River with a sandy beach. Tie up your boat or fish from the pontoon exclusive to this ideally situated complex.
On the ground floor, the heart of the home lies in its open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area and the full width glass doors which frame the long canal views. This welcoming space flows onto a sunlit patio, equipped with outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ, perfect for entertaining or quiet evenings soaking up the canal front atmosphere. Here, the gentle lapping of the water and the soft rustle of the breeze set the tone for a peaceful retreat. Upstairs the two light and airy bedrooms offer built-in wardrobes and private balconies, with the master bedroom presenting serene water views from the bedroom and the balcony, creating a personal haven of relaxation.
The interiors of this townhouse echo a retro charm, featuring brick walls, white louvre cupboard doors, timber, and tile floors. Perfect house

Perfect stay to visit our son who lives there, the house has everything you need with great outdoor space. The only negative is having to go to the office to collect and drop off the keys, a key safe would have been so much better.
