Pandanus Shores Unit 2 Kings Beach QLD

This ground floor apartment has been very tastefully renovated and decorated, radiating that beach feeling. Sit back, relax and enjoy fantastic sea views from the living area and balcony.

The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with the master bedroom boasting an ensuite. The living area and bedrooms have the added advantage of air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

There is a spacious outdoor courtyard in addition to the balcony and two parking spaces available - one open and one lockup garage so bring along the surfboards and keep them safe!

Pandanus Shores is situated at the start of the boardwalk to Bulcock Beach and the main shopping street of Caloundra. Take a stroll in the other direction to cafes, the patrolled beach and Kings Beach surf club.

The complex has secure underground parking and a swimming pool.

Linen is included but beds are not made

Great winter break at this unit

Stayed here 4 years ago and decided to come back and bring my aged Dad (92) and disabled son for a weeks holiday. Love the few changes to the unit this is a lovely unit to stay in. Everything you need is there except a hair dryer. In my review last time I mentioned last time the queen bed in unit was very hard to sleep on and caused me some discomfort. Sorry to see no new mattress, I see that a pillow top has been added to the bed. But wasn’t enough to make this mattress made in China comfortable. I bought along a foam underlay just in case and had to add a quilt as well to get some comfort to sleep in this bed. This is the only bad thing about this unit. It would be nice to have a comfortable bed to sleep on.
