Welcome to our Waterfront Oasis, a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom haven! The pool and heated spa offer ultimate relaxation, while comfy sun loungers provide the perfect spot to soak up canal views. Fishing enthusiasts can cast a line right from the pontoon!
The Space
Our Beach House is located on the Tokara Canal in the beautiful coastal town of Wurtulla. With space for 8 guests, our home awaits your next family gathering (pets included!) or getaway with friends!
One of the best features of our Beach House is its incredible location. Wurtulla is known for its beautiful beaches and our home is just minutes away from some of the best. You can spend your days exploring the coast, swimming in the crystal clear waters or relaxing on the beach – There are dog friendly beaches within walking distance too.
If you prefer to relax at the Beach House, then take advantage of the outdoor entertainment area. Enjoy a BBQ, lie on the sun loungers, go for a dip in the pool or relax in the heated spa overlooking the canal – Spot the swans that swim by and fish jumping out of the water!
You can also take in the beautiful sunset views while fishing on the pontoon.
End the night stargazing from the heated spa or play a board game or two and make it a holiday to remember!

Guests have full access and private use of the entire property.

- EV Charger: A 3-phase EV charger is available for your EV.
- Internet: NBN Fibre (100/17 Mbps) internet available.
- Pets: The Beach House is fully fenced and pets are welcome inside the home. Food and water bowls are provided for them too. Please note: A pet fee applies.
- Safety: You are responsible for your own safety and your guests' safety in all areas of the house, including and not limited to the pool, spa, canal and pontoon.
- Quiet Hours: As our Beach House is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, please respect the quiet hours between 9:00pm - 7:00am.
- No Parties or Events: We kindly request for no parties or events to be hosted at our Beach House.
