  • The property is a short stroll 5 minutes to Cafes, Burger Joints & Nambour General Hospital & about 12 minutes walk to McDonald's, Coles & Nambour Train Station which takes you straight to Brisbane in just over 1 an hour or buses go to straight to Maroochydore regularly or drive to the beach or MCY Sunshine Coast Airport in 20 minutes. Internet 1000mbs Ethernet / 400mbs wifi & driveway parking. Brand new ensuite bathroom & Kitchenette December 2023. Please note we require 1 form of government ID once booked & a face to face check-in with all bookings between 3pm-8pm.
    Please be aware the studio that is underneath the main house. At times you will be able to hear walking on floorboards from above, although we try out best to minimise the noise and we don't wear shoes inside the house, we can't guarantee you won't hear foot steps, creaking timber floors or sounds from above, if you are sensitive to those sounds then this property would not be suitable. We have a dog (puppy) border collie named Teddy & a cat named Sophie.
    House rules violations will be immediately cancelled if unapproved guests stay at the property.
    Any guests staying at the property that are not approved or have not provided government issued photographic ID then the booking will be cancelled, under house rules violations.

The property is well presented and the host is very obliging. The flat is equipped with absolutely everything needed to be self sufficient. I’m looking forward to my next stay.

It was as described online. Well fitted out and equipped for either a short or longer stay. Friendly hosts. Just a short drive to everything at Nambour.

Classy but simple

The bed was really comfortable, there was a desk for getting work done, access to an oven and stove and clothes washer I didn’t need. The bathroom was like what you would see on “The Block.” I would be back again and hunt it out to enjoy the peaceful neighbourhood.

Everything was acceptable bar the following;The advertisment is misleading showing a view from a porch over a backgarden that is not accessable from the unit.Bed side stands will be a welcome addition. A front door mat will help keeping dirt from being trampled over thev floor. A broom for sweeping will also do. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and the host was friendly and helpfull to attend to our additional requests.

I've been staying at Adam’s place a few times now. He is such a great host, a very helpful, flexible, and reliable person. Adam provided clear instructions and also a safety/existing way in case of emergency. The studio is tidy and clean. Got everything I need. It is located close to the hospital within 5mins walk distance. You can also walk to the fall 5mins from the house. The nearest grocery is the opposite of the hospital. Also, there are some cafes, fish and chips, kebab shops etc. Recommended for everyone 👍 Thank you Adam & the family for letting me stay in a lovely studio. Definitely coming back again.
